Return & Cancellation Policy

At CY-THETIC TECHNOLOGY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellations and product returns.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To cancel an order, customers must contact us immediately with order details.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery along with valid proof. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Return Process

Once a return request is approved, customers will be guided through the return process. The product must be handed over to our logistics partner or shipped back as instructed.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or reported after the specified timeframe are not eligible for return. Items purchased during clearance or special sale may also not be eligible unless defective.
