When Refunds Are Eligible

Refunds are applicable only if the order has not been shipped or has been cancelled before dispatch. In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof. Orders once successfully delivered and accepted will not be eligible for a full refund unless verified under valid conditions.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banking partners. All refund requests must be submitted via email with complete order details.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds are not applicable for products that are used, damaged by the customer, or reported after the specified time window. Items purchased under clearance or special sale may not be eligible for refunds unless defective.
